Board Chair School
Kansas Cooperative Council’s Board Chair School offers a unique educational experience that is focused on providing Directors with the skills they need to be successful leaders inside and outside of the boardroom. Discussion topics will focus on strategic planning and executive compensation; comprehending financial information to make fiducial decisions; and how to use communication and practical decision-making the center of success. This program will also include a dinner and reception for networking and a roundtable opportunity to discuss topics with fellow board chairs.
Attendees must hold the seat of Chairman or Vice-Chairman on their respective boards. Register early, registration is limited to the first 30 attendees. This event sold out the last 3 years!
