Co-op Academy: 101 for Employees

The Kansas Cooperative Council has partnered with ProValue Insurance to offer new cooperative-focused courses for the industry.  

101 for Employees will focus on the basics of the cooperative business structure, cooperative principles, benefits of employment, communication and an introduction to cooperative finance. This program will also provide an interactive activity that places the employee in the decision making seat as it relates to cooperative operations.

Who should attend? Anyone working at a cooperative and interested in learning more about how co-ops work, this includes new employees in any function within the cooperative as well as seasoned employees that would like more information on the cooperative business.





This program is capped at 40 participants, so register early. Registration includes all materials, breaks, breakfast, and lunch.
